Neurologist Brian Mercer MD has performed a great many high-quality medical file reviews and independent medical evaluations for our law firm over the past few years.  We never found his reports to be in any way biased and, as has been expressed by his former co-workers, were also sorry to see him leave University Disability Consortium.
